for over 30 years, dr. sarahlloyd has led teams in k–20 education, social work,
human services, workforce development, and state government.
she’s been in the rooms where decisions get made…
and the ones where real harm gets ignored.
she knows the system from every angle… because she’s survived it.
she has lived through systemic violence at every level of human experience.
and still chooses daily to lead. to shift the game. to believe a better world is possible.
she doesn’t theorize about equity from the sidelines.

with degrees in advertising, educational leadership, and social justice leadership,
