it's about care, integrity, and accountability.
radical love means creating spaces where people can be their full selves...knowing they'll be held, seen, and challenged to grow.
and like auntie bell insisted, love just can't co-exist with harm.
so harm disruption isn't optional...it's the standard.
proximity
remaining intimately involved with the struggle
the change you want to see
requires proximity to the pain. full stop.
without it, you're not leading...you're controlling outcomes for people who are deeply impacted but never even consulted.
and that's just not a good look.
leading differently requires deeply embedding yourself in community. it takes active listening and continual learning
to do life with folx with lived experience.
shared power
leading is a responsibility to the collective
power exists. let's not pretend it doesn't. AND. WE can share it.
this isn't performative inclusion. it's real shifts
in decision-making, influence, and resource allocation.
gatekeeping? for what?! WE open doors...and ensure
power is stewarded by those who know how to use it for good.
wisdom
seeing what other miss & knowing when to move
it's not what you know...it's knowing what matters,
what to do with that knowledge, and when.
leading well is more than theory.
it takes more than book smarts to win in these streets...
beyond chasing the latest trend,
WE build solutions and transformation that last.
liberation
existing in life-giving spaces
it's really all about freeing ourselves from relationships and structures that demand suffering. yours or anyone else's.
your worth and value isn't measured by how much
you're willing to lose in order to kinda, sorta win.
our work isn't done until people can exist in their full power. without being diminished. in every space they occupy.
